(Ferrals-les-Montagnes and Cassagnoles) 20 km west by D 10, D 182 and D 12Dominated by Mount Roquedaute-Rocher, the village is nestled in the trough of a valley, where it flows. This small green village has preserved some vestiges of the lords of Rieux, a beautiful Renaissance church and a th century Romanesque chapel in the hamlet of Authèze. Ferrals-les-Montagnes also contains the oldest fossil in France: the Black mountain Cambrian. Hikers and riders will appreciate the landscapes, paths that evolve in the middle of the vineyard, chestnut trees, beech trees and can stop at the source Saint-Pierre, which flows all year round and forms the beginning of the stop.
