Since 1920, this cooperative oil mill has been processing the department's olives, in particular the Lucques variety, which has AOC status. The oils are made from local varieties such as clermontaise, olivière, ménudal, picholine, amellau... In the store, you'll find tapenade, pistou and the essential olive oil, as well as fresh olives and oil-based cosmetics. Opposite, in the former gendarmerie building, is the Maison de l'Olivier, an eco-museum dedicated to regional olive growing, with film screenings and tastings.

This attractive organic mini-market, located on the outskirts of Clermont-l'Hérault, covers 450m2. Clarisse and Laurent Nourigat, the happy owners, convey the idea that you come here to do yourself good. Organic products are omnipresent: olive oils, detox and draining drinks, herbal teas, a variety of teas - including one with orthosiphon from Herbier de Gascogne - as well as a complete range of gluten-free and sugar-free foods, dried fruits, nuts, cakes and cereals. And there's also a beauty salon to pamper yourself.

You can discover large stainless steel tanks, where the holy drink is prepared by him, but La Pinte Héraultaise is also a place to meet and exchange around beer; you can sit in the sofas to taste the beer of the moment and buy to take away the ones you prefer, white, IPA, blonde or amber.
