DOMAINE CANET-VALETTE

Winery

Since 1992, Marc Valette has maintained the same philosophy: to make the wine he loves, in harmony with the terroir. Thus was born this estate, planted with 80% Syrah, where the grapes are harvested in crates and over-ripe. The result is structured, powerful wines, both the Cuvée Maghani and the Cuvée Une et Mille Nuits. The latter is particularly captivating, with its garnet-red color enhanced by ruby highlights. On the nose, a series of black fruits follow: blackberry, a hint of fig and blackcurrant. The palate offers dense yet subtle tannins.

CHATEAU CAZAL-VIEL

Winery

The land of Château Cazal-Viel has been used for wine production since 1902, when monks planted the first vines, hence its Latin name meaning "Old House". Situated in the south of the Saint-Chinian appellation, the estate reveals the richness of its terroir, vintage after vintage, grape variety after grape variety, whether with red, rosé or white wines.

CHÂTEAU BOUSQUETTE

Winery

Founded in 1750 on a hillside overlooking the Orb valley, this estate belonged to the Abbaye de Foncaude until the French Revolution. It was subsequently managed by several winegrowing families, before being taken over by Isabelle and Eric Perret in 1996. From the moment of purchase, the passionate duo restructured the estate to make it one of the jewels in the crown of the Saint-Chinian appellation. Their organically farmed hectares produce red, white and rosé AOP Saint-Chinian and IGP Pays D'Oc wines. These nectars regularly win awards.
