The small and discreet town of Cers is located south of Béziers, bordered by the Canal du Midi. It is pleasant to walk along its banks and contemplate the beauty of this remarkable site classified by Unesco. Cers offers an undeniable charm, punctuated by some heritage treasures that you will discover at random during a walk in the village: its church and its stone set from the pre-Romanesque period, its Old Fountain of the 17th century or its large windmill of the Moulin du Chemin. But Cers is especially famous for its vineyard: bathed in light, it produces wines with the IGP Pays d'Oc and IGP Coteaux de Béziers appellations
