High above the Mediterranean Sea, just 20 minutes from Béziers at the gateway to the Cévennes, in the small village of Caussiniojouls, Château Chênaie has been producing fine wines for 6 generations. Since 1994, the Chabbert family has been making white, rosé and red wines from the schist terroir of the Faugères appellation, on some forty parcels of vines scattered across the garrigue. Today, the family consists of Cathy, Cyril and Éric, the two brothers, and now Gauthier and Adrien.
