Founded in 1990 by Jean-François and Cathy Izarn, the Borie la Vitarèle estate now extends over 18 hectares of vines in the Saint-Chinian AOC. Managed organically and biodynamically since 1998, they produce cuvées full of identity and aromas. This estate perpetuates tradition and unites people around its award-winning wines. Every Thursday evening in summer, it's guinguette disco vino: live music and pigs on spits, accompanied by the estate's excellent wines!

At this wine estate in the heart of the Languedoc region, in the Saint-Chinian AOC, the tasting cellar is surrounded by a large terrace overlooking the Cévennes and the vineyards. Steep vineyards, low yields and meticulous vinification produce delicious wines. Unique features: a mosaic of terroirs unique in the appellation, and the presence of a natural saltwater spring on the estate, said to have antiseptic properties. It is used for viticulture and vine maintenance.
