Alignan-du-Vent is a commune with a poetic name, located in the middle of the Languedoc vineyards. Built in circulade, a typical Languedoc plan, its alleys wind around its castle and church. The existence of a community on this site would go back to the Gallo-Roman period, the village has moreover preserved some vestiges through its medieval tower and its church of the XIIth century. Alignan-du-Vent is also a mosaic of vineyards and olive trees nestled at the foot of the Travers, the windy hill. This charming place now has two orientation tables and tables for picnics. To be discovered during your walks.
