This former railway station of Uzès that connected Remoulins to Alès is an astonishing stopover. Not disused for everyone, it became a restaurant where you can eat on the docks in the summer. Don't worry, no more train passes! The building has, since its renovation, large windows and a terrace facing the vegetation which has gained between the rails. In correspondence with the Haribo factory, the chef Silvère Vivien combines his cuisine with a multitude of natural flavours. Based on fresh vegetables and regional products, the mixtures are bold: goat pastilla carpaccio and fresh spinach and chorizo with Vers honey or Petite Gare aromatic beef tartare, wasabi ice-cream, not to mention the duo chocolate fondant and caramel heart with fleur de sel, rose petal ice-cream. A travel in the middle of the history full of new and inventive flavours, with multiple aromas. This train station restaurant is really worth the trip.

This restaurant is typical sights: it turns to the regime in summer, and then the rest of the year, the activity is quieter. Of course, but that does not takes nothing with quality. The concept of the management is that the guest compone meal from the menu on three standard formulas: starter and main course or main course and dessert, starter and main course + cheese or dessert, and 2 starter + main course + cheese and dessert. On the menu, you can taste the monkfish in bourride or the aubergine mille-feuilles, prawns with pastis, or even the courgette Charlotte to goat.
