On the terrace in the beautiful days or in the room, with contemporary decor, but warm, this restaurant is frequented all year round, which is a good sign. With the new bosses, Flora and Pascal Poput, the Grézac Bistro remains a safe value of Uzès. Dishes cooked by chef Jean-Jacques Johann maintain the course of a good traditional cuisine, typical of the breweries (andouillettes, intestines, duck thighs) made from local products. A good point for the renewed menus regularly and for cheap formulas, served at midday and evening. Special mention for meat quality. You have to taste the carpaccio, tournedos, false beef net or the experience of the duck tartar with the knife. The seafood trays are not at rest, while home-made desserts and wines (large wine-growing regions) are relevant in their choice. The reception and service remain friendly…

Très bonne adresse - que l'on soit en étapre à Uzès ou de passage pour une halte gourmande de qualité et à prix raisonnable.
Un peu près de la rue si l'on est en terrasse mais bon !...

L'ardoise à 24.90€, sur une jolie table après avoir été très bien accueilli nous a séduit. Les entrées très bonnes, mais un peu juste en quantité. Plats impec, filet de dorade bien servi et accompagnements très bon, idem pour le veau. Carte des vins très abordable. Desserts bien présentés, baba et fondant délicieux . Supplément de 2€ sur le café gourmant non justifié. Quelques euros sur le prix de ce menu seraient plus adéquat. Mais néanmoins l'adresse est bonne.
Bistrot du Grézac with market cuisine seduced us in May 2011 and still enchanted us with its quality ingredients in May 2012. It is a real pleasure of the tastebuds!
The only downside, in the evening, the slate was not up to date, but we liked the served menu. Very good value for money!
