The arenas of Nîmes are transformed into a huge open-air concert hall for national and international artists!
Since 1997, each summer from late June to mid-July, the Gallo-Roman arenas of Nîmes transform 6 or 7 times into an open concert hall. David Bowie, the great French songs such as Les Vieux Canailles, Manu Ciao, Julien Doré, the hard rock (Queens of the Stone Edge), rock (Placebo, Portishead…), pop…And so on, all musical styles are represented and there are really for all tastes, with very often internationally renowned artists. And, above all, the sublime frame of the arena, which gives a unique dimension to all these outdoors benefits. Little Smart Tip: On the evenings, most concerts are complete, so think about taking your printers if you want to go to an artist, otherwise you might well be able to find the beak in the water…
