Digging among the herbs from the garden and using local producers, the chef will concoct delicately prepared dishes for you. As a starter, depending on the season, you may have the opportunity to taste the velvety Jerusalem artichoke soup with foie gras and parmesan cheese. A nice appetizer. For the main course, Bordeaux style lamprey or veal kidneys with Lillet are offered. Accompany it all with a bottle of wine from a selection of more than 80 references.
