This former convent of xvii^e century has a troubled destiny. Having belonged to the monks until 1664, the Sans Culottes during the revolution then with private owner, it became a restaurant with since 1988 guesthouse. This beautiful stone building dominates the landscape and blends in a lush garden where the bamboo is omnipresent. Fountains and swimming pools of pagodas punctuate the exuberant decor of old magnolia and cedars. The plantation of bamboo has the reputation of being one of the oldest corner. Ravioles are also served in summer, while the menu moves on to tartines, planks and gourmet plates, to share or not on the terrace with good local beers.
