The fougasse of Aigues-Mortes is renowned throughout the département and beyond. The one from this bakery, run by two local children, is renowned throughout the town: a sweet, almost airy brioche with a traditional touch of orange blossom! Be careful, though, as it's often a victim of its own success, so don't hesitate to order. The rest of their offer is excellent, all artisanal and some of the breads are organic, made with local flours (4 addresses in the city).
