Inn offering local cuisine with a certain charm.

This little inn, in the foothills of the Montagne Noire, 5 minutes from the Cabrespine chasm, is an ideal stopover on your tour of the Minervois. The restaurant plays on local flavors and fresh, seasonal produce. Already served at the auberge: duck chartreuse with eggplant caviar, pan-fried scallops, veal with morel mushroom sauce... And the desserts are just as delightful! From December to February, enjoy two special truffle menus. Please note: the inn also has 4 guest rooms.

Arrivé en toute fin de service, accueilli et servi avec le sourire, une carte courte ce qui révèle des plats frais et fait maison en général, le repas fut un régal pour les papilles pour un budget cohérent pour la qualité des plats
