This is a beautiful traditional house with two floors, which can accommodate up to 6 people (including children). With its 3 cosy bedrooms, its 2 bathrooms, its kitchen and its living room, you will find all the possible comfort. From the house, you have direct access to the Monolithic church square. Another advantage is that there is a room for storing bicycles. Coffee and tea capsules and chocolates are offered. Sophie, your host, also has apartments.

Owner's Message

It is an atypical house, cordial, it incarnates the spirit of Saint Emilion. It is near the restaurants and the big place of the Monolithic Church. It is well equipped and very cosy. It is to stay there several days. It is a classified house: furnished of tourism 2**.

This house of 105 m2 is very charming and can accommodate 6 people. There are three bedrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. You have at your disposal a hall where you can store your bikes, something very rare in St Emilion center.

The house is on two levels: on the second floor there is the living/dining room with a kitchen two bedrooms and a bathroom.On the ground floor you have a small entrance followed by a third bedroom with a bathroom attached to the bedroom.

There is also a storage room for luggage and bicycles and a laundry room with garbage bins and a washing machine. We offer coffee capsules, tea bags, chocolates.

I have been in the region for 7 years and have had apartments in St Emilion since 2016: Concept Appart St Emilion, and I decided to invest in a house to make my clients feel at home. A haven of peace for several days. I would be present on the day of arrival as well as the day of departure.

I will make them discover St Emilion by offering them suggestions for visits (cellars, castles) and wine tasting.
