To satisfy everyone's gourmet desires, the bar-restaurant "L'éphèmère" welcomes you for a quiet lunch in the courtyard and the cloister of Les Cordeliers! The menu presents a nice selection of tapas to share. On the flat side, it will be meat or salad. We find the famous butcher's piece and the grilled duck breast IGP Sud-Ouest. For more freshness, but nevertheless just as much delicacy, you can choose the Landes salad, the ocean salad or the vegetarian salad with its vegetable samosas. A profiterole style macaroon, soft chocolate, panna cotta, fruit salad... The desserts will please everyone! There is even a cheese plate for those who prefer. The snack / picnic offer will allow you to compose a basket according to your desires and to go and taste it in the garden. That's clever! Les Cordeliers is also a 200 m² reception area, fully equipped with video and sound, which can accommodate up to 140 people for a sit-down dinner with a table service and 200 people in a standing configuration. The team is always studying a tailor-made solution in order to deliver a turnkey solution.
