This exceptional journey 80 meters beneath the Corbières massif begins aboard a small train that drops you off at the entrance to this former gypsum mine and its 800-meter-long gallery. Follow the guide into this spectacular world, retracing the history of vines and wine from Antiquity to the present day. You'll discover the underground cathedral, sublimated by a sound and light show. This is followed by a series of reconstructions ranging from the art of dining in the Middle Ages to working in the mine. The tour ends with a commented wine tasting.

Éducatif et à faire au moins une fois
Le petit train dans la montagne est très agréable
Aussi (même si cela dépend de la commune et non du site), il faudrait améliorer la voie d'accès car la chaussée est vraiment en mauvais état et que la rue donne une apparence assez négligée.
