Amandine has taken over the reins of the estate and creates magnificent terroir wines, imbued with the salinity of Peyriac de Mer's maritime soils. A visit to her new cellar in the medieval streets of the historic village center is a must! As you taste the wines, you'll hear all about the Corbières, the Mediterranean grape varieties, the history of the area, the influence of the ponds, the winds and the sun... Not to be missed!

Here you'll find a fine selection offered by the local owners, Domaine Tart-Avizat. Right in the center of the village, they offer 200 of their favorite wines and a wide range of gourmet delights: wines, vinegars, honey, salts, oils, olives, traditional preserves... A warm welcome awaits you in an authentic cellar overlooking the old salt marshes and flamingos. You can also book a "From vine to cellar" tour at the boutique, which will end with a tasting of the estate's wines!

The estate's vines, once cultivated by Marthe's father, were given a new lease of life when Benjamin, the grandson, decided to take the estate in hand. Yves soon joined the team, and is now passionately involved in the vineyard and winemaking. A blend of traditional grape varieties has produced fine, fresh cuvées, all organically grown and soon to be biodynamic. Wines and gourmet products to discover on site.
