For 6 generations, this estate, located on the southern slope of the Montagne Noire, a few kilometres from Carcassonne, in a natural environment preserved from any chemical product, has been passed down from mother to daughter. This 10-hectare vineyard of white limestone pebbles, worked since 2000 by Nathalie, the worthy heiress of this line of winegrowers, and her husband Philippe Pons, produces certified organic production of confidential AOC Cabardès cuvées, red wines (Julie, Hautes pierres, Antoine or Authentique), but also white wines (including the cuvée Fantaisie), or rosé the cuvée Harmonie, a whole program! They also produce an all-natural grape juice and cartagena, a local specialty. Vineyard in organic farming since 1974.
