Bruno Pellegrini, an oenologist by training and a winegrower at heart, has successfully restructured his estate: rigorous selection of new grape varieties, control of production, and a respectful approach to the environment. Today, Ophélie, his daughter, and Xavier, his son-in-law, continue the family work. As a result, after decades of effort, these wines from the Clape terroir are exported throughout the world. In the heart of a landscape carved by the winds, on a terroir rich in Mediterranean civilization, Château l'Hospitalet spreads over 1000 hectares of garrigue and vines. Until 1561, the estate belonged to the monks of the Hospice de Narbonne, who grew vines here. Today, in addition to its prestigious, award-winning wines and superb tasting cellar, the Biodynamic estate is a place of art and creation. The 5-star hotel, spa, two swimming pools and gourmet restaurant make for a truly relaxing stay.

The first vines of Château Capitoul, were planted in the ^14th century. It was recognized and elevated to the rank of Cru La Clape in 2015. The wines harvested on the 92.4 ha of the estate have the High Environmental Value label and are part of prestigious appellations. These are the ones you can taste at the cellar or at the restaurants of the Château.

Bought by the Bousquet family in 1988, this ancient Roman property is today a magnificent and recognized eco-responsible vineyard. The winegrower makes quality wines here, while respecting the wild nature of the territory. The entire vineyard of 30 ha is in organic farming. It is a great success of communication between the winemaker, the vintages of the AOC La Clape and this land with unique aromas. Among the excellent vintages to discover; L'Epervier (white / red / rosé), La Centaurée (white / red), Les Genets (white)...

It is at the gates of Narbonne that the Ortola family works its domains; Château Notre Dame des Quatourze, Château Tapie, Château de Lunes, Château Ymis, as well as a domain located in Canet d'Aude. Passionate winemakers, they offer red, white and rosé wines, of excellent quality, vinified without sulfur, organic and organic dynamic. They also offer an organic beer brewed on site, offering a choice between blonde, brown, amber and "N.e.i.p.a". You can appreciate these productions during tastings or festive evenings organized by "La Fine Bouche".

Owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) since 1999, this impressive 180 hectare estate is rooted in the foothills of Fontfroide, south of Narbonne. Here, the majority of the vineyard is AOC Corbières (Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault), the rest is Vin de Pays d'Oc (Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot). The vintages resulting from the exploitation can be tasted on the spot. A local olive oil from several olive groves and honey are sold at the property.

Since its acquisition by the Bonfils family, the Château Capitoul estate, where the first vines were planted in the ^14th century, has acquired a fine reputation. The diversity of the soils, made up of pebbles and cobbles, and the Mediterranean climate are assets for producing racy, elegant wines. Hard work based on environmental principles and a passionate love of the vine provide the finishing touch that has earned Château Capitoul regular awards. The cellar offers tastings and events in a majestic setting.
