BOUCHERIE CHEZ BEBELLE

Covered market and market hall
4/5
1 review

Bebelle saw big and he did well! After the restaurant where the Belzons family proposes to taste on the spot beautiful plates of meat (beef brochettes, tripe, magret...), Johanna, the sister, took in hand the stall next door to sell you directly the products. You like good meat and excellent charcuterie? Go to the butcher's shop at Bebelle, the butcher François is not stingy with good advice and it's a very appreciable little extra. Don't hesitate to order the best pieces, especially during the Christmas and Easter periods.

TAPENADE LOPEZ

Organic store

For more than 20 years, right in the center of Les Halles, the Maison Lopez has been delighting its regular customers and tourists with its certified organic tapenades. Go there and like us, you will fall for the classic tapenade made with green or black olives, unless the green one with peppers or the one with Espelette peppers tickles your fancy. You will also find candied garlic and candied tomato. We also like olive oil in half-liter, liter or five-liter cans. You can taste the tapenades and other spreads before buying.

DAISY PIZZA

This emblematic establishment of the Halles de Narbonne, created more than thirty years ago by Jackie, who held it during all these decades, is reborn today by preserving the same well kept secret of the manufacture of an incomparable paste which made its reputation. You will find the multiple pizzas made from products coming from the shopkeepers of the market, a guarantee of freshness and quality. The reception is always as pleasant. We advise you to place your order as soon as possible as the success of this "institution" is so great.

CASSOULET ESCOURROU

Delicatessen

Back in 1996, Patrick and Annaïck Hernandez were already "ambassadors" on the markets for the department's signature dish: cassoulet de Castelnaudary. Since 2005, they've been selling the real cassoulet from the capital of Chaur in Narbonne. They've chosen the cassoulet from Maison Escudier, handcrafted with quality products. You'll find it in cassole or vacuum-packed (fresh cassoulet), as well as canned. Other gourmet products are also available here, as well as free-range poultry, for pick-up or delivery.
