THE CONCEPT:

OUR CONCEPT IS SIMPLE: ALL OUR PRODUCTS COME EXCLUSIVELY FROM THE HALLES DE NARBONNE AND ARE CUT UP ON THE SPOT BEFORE BEING GRILLED ON A PLANCHA AND SERVED WITH HOME-MADE CHIPS AND SALADS.

Throughout the service, "Bebelle" ensures the show by announcing your orders, with great blows of megaphone, to the craftsmen in meat of Les Halles. In return Bebelle catches the well-packed pieces on the fly, like a rugby third row under a long candle.

THE FAMILY:

"CHEZ BEBELLE" IS A FAMILY STORY AS WE LIKE THEM IN THE HEART OF ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MARKET PLACES IN FRANCE.

In our grill-bar, three generations are united around a megaphone: Gilles, known as "Bebelle", who makes announcements at a frantic pace, in an atmosphere that we hope will be childlike, like at home. At the bar, you'll meet his sister Johanna behind the griddle, as well as his mother and the whole tribe who are busy helping out

"CHEZ BEBELLE" IS THE MEETING PLACE OF THE BIG RUGBY FAMILY IN NARBONNE WHERE YOU ONLY HAVE TO LOOK UP TO SEE, ABOVE THE COUNTER, ICONS OF THIS SPORT AND SIGNED JERSEYS.
Rugby and "Bebelle" is the story of a nickname given by his teammates to our father André who carried the RCNM colours far and wide until the final of the French championship. This nickname he passed on to his son Gilles who was captain of the "orange et noir" and an international in the 90s. Rugby is above all our values of commitment, celebration and song that we share with you.
