Here is an unusual address to take a break for a snack and a gourmet break on the magnificent route of the Cathar castles! As its name suggests, B&C Épicerie is a grocery store, but not like the others. Aurélien Bertand and Emmanuelle Nouzières searched together for the best gourmet products from here and elsewhere. Once their selection was made, they brought the village grocery store up to date and turned it into a small temple dedicated to gourmet delicacies.Everything you will find here will make you want to, from the delicatessen of Couiza to cheeses, fruit and vegetables, wine at producer prices, bread and pastries from the neighbouring baker... Well, just do your shopping..: some Belle-Iloise specialities for the appetizer, a little cold meats, a small fresh goat cheese, some cherry tomatoes, a Baba de Saint-Malo or an ice cream La Belle Aude, a small glass of wine from the Domaine Longueroche and let's go for a gourmet snack in the small garden provided for this purpose (possibility of eating at any time). It's simple, it's good, it's greedy, it's all we love!
