Wine estates Lagrasse

The domain of Auzines owes its name to persistent oaks whose acorns and small leaves are agitated over the vineyards. All grapes harvested on the field are typical of the Corbières: Carignan, Grenache and Syrah, and Bruno Bernet, the enologist and winemaker of the domain, he focuses on improving the quality of its red vintages, thus; he enhance the soil and limits production to the best mature grapes. Fleurs de Garrigues is the main vintage of the domain, its cassis and blackberry flavors perfectly blends with rosemary, thyme, lavender and broom, which are typical of the surrounding scrubland. The domain offers a warm welcome, and the tasting of their AOC is a pure delight.

Château Pech-Latt is one of France's pioneering organic winegrowing estates, dating back to the ^8th century, in a landlocked area nestled in the Corbières mountains. Pech-Latt, Occitan for "top of a wide hill", is named after the rolling hills on which the estate stretches. The jewel of the Corbières, with 160 hectares of organic vines and rich, voluptuous wines, in a land of sun and wind, Pech-Latt stands for the authenticity of committed wines, expressing the passion and respect of men for their terroir!
