Created in 1928, this aperitif based on cinchona, spices and herbs has been part of every meal and festive evening. Today, almost a century after its creation, Aurélien Carrelas, a native of Audois who loves his land, has developed the product in three versions. You can enjoy them on the premises as cocktails or just chilled, accompanied by boards to share. Local beers and wines add variety to the experience. DJ night on Thursdays in July and August. Saturday market returns at 11am, with wine and oysters. In the store, it's all local and good.

The domain of Auzines owes its name to persistent oaks whose acorns and small leaves are agitated over the vineyards. All grapes harvested on the field are typical of the Corbières: Carignan, Grenache and Syrah, and Bruno Bernet, the enologist and winemaker of the domain, he focuses on improving the quality of its red vintages, thus; he enhance the soil and limits production to the best mature grapes. Fleurs de Garrigues is the main vintage of the domain, its cassis and blackberry flavors perfectly blends with rosemary, thyme, lavender and broom, which are typical of the surrounding scrubland. The domain offers a warm welcome, and the tasting of their AOC is a pure delight.

Château Pech-Latt is one of France's pioneering organic winegrowing estates, dating back to the ^8th century, in a landlocked area nestled in the Corbières mountains. Pech-Latt, Occitan for "top of a wide hill", is named after the rolling hills on which the estate stretches. The jewel of the Corbières, with 160 hectares of organic vines and rich, voluptuous wines, in a land of sun and wind, Pech-Latt stands for the authenticity of committed wines, expressing the passion and respect of men for their terroir!
