Fresh produce, seasonal produce, that's the promise (kept) of La Cocotte Fêlée in Lagrasse. Everything you eat here is home-made, cooked by Nathan. The menu offers a wide choice, with for example a starter of an egg casserole with mushrooms and Comté cheese cream, followed by a filet of duckling and parsnip purée, and to finish, a crème brûlée with tonka beans. Claire, with her smiling service, will seat you on the terrace or in the small room from where you can see Nathan working in the kitchen. A good address that deserves a visit.
