La Table d'Oli surprises us every year, with the originality and quality of its dishes titillating the eye and flattering the taste buds. The menu, which is renewed every month, gives a special place to local and seasonal produce, because there we eat healthy and organic produce whenever possible. Fish from the Gruissan fishery, sun-drenched fruit and vegetables, quality meat, all sublimated by the chef. Special mention must go to the plates spiced up with edible flowers from a Sigean farmer. Small, pleasant dining room and veranda overlooking the port.
