This castle, whose ruins dominate the village, was owned by Bernard de Durban in the century
This castle whose ruins dominate the village was, in the 12th century, the property of Bernard de Durban. In 1229, his descendant, Guillaume de Durban, swore loyalty to the King of France and kept his domains despite his former links with Catharism. The last Durban died childless in 1787. In 1873, the castle was sold and transformed into a stone quarry. All that remains today is the north side of the main building, as well as a round stair turret and a square tower.
