This former marble polishing workshop is now a structure comprising a hotel, a restaurant, a shop and a museum where everything recalls the Marbrière-Minervois activity. The hotel offers four rooms and a suite full of charm: The "Ancient Red" room, the "Incarnat" room in the Belle Epoque decor, which owes its name to the marble that has made the quarries of this village famous, the "Turquin" bedroom with rustic decoration, the "Cervelas" room, style 1900, as well as a suite called "Griotte". Visitors can also take advantage of the boutique, generous in local products, and which also makes the beautiful share of art craftsmen who always work the village marble. A small museum allows you to discover the history of the village and its quarries, where you can find marble until Versailles… For a pleasant holiday, in this charming village of the Minervois situated at the foot of the Black Mountain, La Carrara will leave you a delicious memory.
