Bodega restaurant serving a variety of homemade tapas and grilled beef ribs.
Few, if any, priests in the area! But we wouldn't dare to say that it's a place of debauchery. Because even if the atmosphere is festive, the food here is of the highest quality. Especially the wines, some of which are natural and made by the owner. Varied, tasty, homemade tapas and delicious French fries! Opposite the abbey, this must-visit address is the back door to the Minervois region, with a wine list featuring over 80 references. In summer, or during concerts and theme evenings, the atmosphere is fairly young, but there's something for everyone.

A deux pas de l'abbaye (littéralement), cette cantine est the place to be ! Excellentes tapas avec des produits frais et locaux, bière et vin du coin, équipe sympathique. Je recommande sans hésiter !
