Welcome to the old village marble factory, where workers used to polish blocks of marble. It's in this place steeped in history, with its bistro atmosphere of yesteryear, or in the shady garden, that you'll enjoy Robert's home cooking, including his famous Cassoulet du Minervois, served at all hours. The bistro is also open non-stop for a drink, accompanied by charcuterie and cheese boards, waffles, smoothies... For your stay, you can choose between the contemporary rooms at Le Minervois or the "historic" rooms at La Marbrerie

Une halte roborative avec des plats alléchants ! Service de qualité, dans la joie et la bonne humeur. La terrasse est un plus pour passer un bon moment. Adresse à retenir et à faire partager.
