Jean-Christophe Tarrade has been delighting Chaurians for twenty-five years at Place de la République. In his workshop, the chocolatier loves to innovate, create and test flavor combinations and unusual combinations that will surprise you. He's constantly pushing back the boundaries of gourmet creations: the kouglof "soaked in syrup like Lenôtre used to make", the Chaurien (macaroon cookie with egg white and strawberry jam), or even the cassoulets glacés.
