Le Moulin Vert changed owner in autumn 2015 and it is in family that you are welcomed. After being received by the very friendly Aline, you will see Jean-Pierre, her husband, at the back of the room refining his ember bed that will receive a beautiful meat while in the kitchen, Théo, her son, prepares the homemade light meals. You can treat yourself here with a good meat grilled over a wood fire: prime rib, tournedos, duck breast perfectly cooked regales here good grilled meat with the wood fire: prime rib, tournedos, duck breast perfectly cooked and accompanied by homemade fries and cooked spring vegetables. You can also find local dishes like the unmissable cassoulet and specialties of Dauphiné, the owners' region of origin. You will enjoy the gourmet and generous cuisine and especially these excellent raviolis with morels or with foie gras. Do not hesitate to take a homemade dessert, Norman tart with apples, Tiramisu and if profiteroles are on the carte, take them! The service is fast and the quality/price ratio excellent, in short, a "faultless" from the beginning to the end!

Nous avons apprécié la culture de deux cuisines celle du sud-ouest ( très bon cassoulet ) et celle duDauphiné (ravioles aux cèpes).
