The Hôtel de France restaurant is one of Castelnaudary's not-to-be-missed places to sample the famous cassoulet with goose and pork confit. The chef also offers other specialties such as semi-cooked foie gras, parillade of meats with duck breast, beef and homemade sausage. And let's not forget the iodized flavors of certain dishes, such as gambas risotto à la provençale. The brasserie area is ideal for a hearty lunch, with cassoulet, fine mixed salads and grilled meats on offer! Those who have had trouble making a choice can leave with home-made preserves of ready-made dishes, pâtés and foies gras to prolong the pleasure or share with friends and family... The establishment has seventeen well-equipped rooms and private parking. Nous avons testé votre cassoulet, très savoureux
