the Hotel Le Centre*** is located in the heart of the town on the main street of Castelnaudary, a few minutes walk from the Canal du Midi and its large pool.

The 10 rooms, including 2 suites, are spacious, bright and equipped with all modern comforts. All share an innate sense of elegance, enhanced by superb modern furnishings and offer a pleasant view of the main street and the terrace.

After a pleasant day visiting the sites of the Lauragais, such as the 4 locks of St Roch, you can have a drink and enjoy the gentle pace of life in contact with the lively city. To eat, the hotel also welcomes you in its gastronomic restaurant where the chef proposes a traditional and refined cuisine which varies according to the seasons and the availability of local products.
