These two parking spaces are located at the foot of the medieval City, within walking distance of the monument. For those who wish to visit the Bastide de Carcassonne, on the other bank of the Aude River, the walk takes about 30 to 35 minutes. In the high season you can also enjoy one of the free shuttle buses connecting the City to La Bastide.

Open every day and on public holidays. Parking Le Tripier (P0): 530 spaces, parking Delteil (P1): 225 car spaces. Open all year round, 24 hours a day. Paid parking from 8am to 8pm, free from 8pm to 8am. First hour free, then, 1€ per 15 minutes, from 30 minutes to 2h15. and 0,50 €/ per 15 hours thereafter. Checks not accepted.

Aux pieds de la cité mais circulation à l'intérieur très difficile à cause du trop grand nombre de places prévues au stationnement , obstruant le double sens de circulation, pour l'entrée et la sortie du parking... 20 minutes pour en sortir à 11 h du matin...payées 8€50...
