Go for the thrill of the two 130 m-long zip lines over Lac de la Cavayère! Or to test your balance on the courses designed for groups or individuals. In a natural setting suited to all ages, you'll zip from tree to tree, along an itinerary named after animals or colors, crescendoing in difficulty... and height! Don't panic, the harness and ropes will hold you in place in the event of a fall - safety is no joke here. Each course lasts around 2h30.

Thanks to the diversity of its landscapes and fishing grounds, the Aude offers considerable and varied fishing potential. Everywhere, you can combine the art of fishing with the discovery of a variety of sparklingly beautiful landscapes: the Pays de Sault, the Razès, the Lauraguais, the Montagne Noire and the Narbonnais. From Narbonne to Castelnaudary, the Canal du Midi, its diversions and ancillary waterways offer great fishing spots. The Aude fishing federation groups together 26 AAPPMAs.

Only a few minutes away from the medieval city, the Carcassonne Golf Club is a place full of serenity. This golf club offers you an 18-hole course, with gentle slopes, accessible to all, or start with 9 holes to familiarize yourself with the practice range gently. Open all year round, you can ask the two professionals Matthieu Bozio and Kévin Delvalle, for individual or group lessons, adapted to your practice and your objectives. Possibility to eat at the Bistrot d'Auriac or at the gastronomic restaurant of the Domaine d'Auriac.

Le Paradis is an Eden for padel and squash enthusiasts looking for a place to let off steam with friends and have a good time. You can opt for subscription packages with unlimited access, or an à la carte formula if you're just passing through. Not equipped? No problem, you'll find everything you need on site. Le Paradis has 4 squash courts and 2 padel courts, a relaxation area with a cosy corner, table tennis and table soccer, and a restaurant open to all: La Paillote (see our article). A large function room completes the offer.
