With this new Hôtel Ibis Styles Carcassonne La Cité, the brand emerges like a reference in the city. This address has what is needed to charm, firstly by its location which allows you to join Cité Médiévale (300 m away) or the city centre on foot, but, above all, the quality of the rooms and the care given to their personalisation delighted us. Walk through the entrance door and you are in a modern world where medieval touch has subtly found its place. Everything is thought and orchestrated so that magic operates: A «fortified castle» games room with table footbal for children, a restaurant (Le Heaume) with terrace overlooking the swimming pool to enjoy a homemade cuisine of fresh and seasonal produce (only for dinner). You can even enjoy a drink at the bar while listening to your playlist with a tablet made available to you… this kind of little plus makes the difference and we appreciate it. The rooms are decorated in a modern style and always with this little medieval touch, they offer beautiful volumes, have air conditioning, shower room or bathroom. While waiting for the next opening of the fitness room, you can take a dip in the swimming pool and end in "relaxation" style in the deckchairs made available. The car park is secure, you can take a walk and sleep peacefully. Smart, the restaurant's chef offers homemade light meals that you can take away or eat on site if you feel a little peckish.

Dîner et petit-déjeuner copieux, excellent et servis avec bonne humeur
Douche glissante au sol .....
Site agréable, proche de la cité médiéval, grand parking arboré.
Etablissement récent, bien entretenu. Vaste espace d’accueil. Accueil très souriant et très chaleureux. Notre chambre standard, avec vue sur la Cité, n’était pas prête, nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre familiale. Nous avions une vue directe sur la piscine et une latérale sur la Cité. Chambre calme, bien équipée, le double en superficie qu’une chambre standard. De nombreux rangements, la salle de bains est vaste, une paroi en verre sur la baignoire protège bien la douche. Grand lit confortable, accueil doux matelas un peu trop ferme.
Le mobilier, la décoration et les aménagements de la chambre et des espaces de l’hôtel, du designer Didier Versavel sont vraiment en harmonie avec le site historique, superbe !
Hôtel complet, c’était la bousculade au petit-déjeuner, le service avait des difficultés à gérer ce flux. Sinon choix correct. Pour le dîner choix entre 4 entrées / 4 plats / 4 desserts, avec des propositions communes d’un jour à l’autre. Pour le dîner, le service était rapide, efficace et souriant, rapport qualité / prix convenable.
Proche de la vielle ville et de la Cité, c’est un hôtel idéal pour découvrir le site et la région.
