It's a convenient address if you work in the west of Carcassonne and you're looking for lunch right at lunchtime without spending too many kilometres. The Menino, opened in 2010 at the entrance to the industrial area of the Bouriette and close to the airport, has seduced a loyal clientele who enjoys as much the light frame of this vast house as the very family welcoming and smiling that it meets. Decorated with white and red, tastefully furnished, the air-conditioned room offers a unique formula with three dishes of the day of choice and a varied buffet of starters (tabbouleh, hard-stuffed eggs, salads, cold meats…). Despite the arrival, the service is fast, and the quality of the dishes is correct (only French fries are not homemade). The friendliness of the guests and the beautiful terrace open to the beautiful days are arguments that must also be considered. Included in the formula, the café wines are a good bill, and you will enjoy a choice between 6 desserts including the flan, chocolate moelleux, and pralinoise pie.
