Camurac is a small village of about a hundred inhabitants which hosts the only ski resort in the Aude Pyrenees. A link between the departments of Aude and Ariège, it is a rural area on the Plateau de Sault, in the heart of a preserved nature, which has the authentic charm of a medium mountain village. This commune extends over 11.6 km² and is located at an altitude of 1221 m. Its ski resort, located 5 km from the village at the Col du Teil, reaches an altitude of 1810 m, and is a real family resort that offers a multitude of winter sports, and many outdoor activities in the summer.
