In the heart of Cathar Country, this beautiful estate of the Upper Valley of the Aude extends over 150 hectares. It cultivates vines on 14 acres, and, since 2001, a limestone plateau is planted with 500 olive trees. It is a charming place to discover the wines of the region. Fourteen acres of vineyards with various grape varieties make up the vineyard: You will find chardonnay, chenin and Mauzac which are used to make the blanquette stew, but also syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Cabernet franc. The estate has focused, since 2008, on organic farming. You can enjoy the wines, crémants and other blanquettes, some of which were awarded in the vault, where lovers will enjoy doing their shopping.
