In the heart of the Château de Versailles, the Pavillon Dufour has been refurbished by architects Dominique Perrault and Frédéric Didier to accommodate an exceptional establishment by Alain Ducasse. Once the gates of the castle are closed, the vast pavilion welcomes its guests in its intimate lounges and dining rooms to enjoy perfectly executed classics of French cuisine. During the day, light dishes and pastries are also offered to visitors.
