Valérie and Gaëtan welcome you to their crêperie in Juziers, in a refined setting decorated in violet tones. The special feature of the à la carte menu is that you can compose your own buckwheat pancakes or sweet crêpes, with a choice of ingredients. There are also a number of special recipes: La Créole with shrimps sautéed in coconut milk, or Maëlys with caramelized apples. Très bonnes crêpes et galettes mème si je les préfère moins sèches et bémol sur la poire non cuisinée donc crue et pas assez mûre… dommage pour le reste tout était très bien.
