For over twenty years, Le Bistro Gourmand has been an institution in Jouars-Pontchartrain. You'll be welcomed by Hélène and Éric Gousseau, and their master chef Philippe Guérin. In a sober, elegant setting, come and enjoy modern gastronomic cuisine, prepared using quality local produce: farmhouse rabbit rouelle, monkfish gravlax, veal quasi or Iberian pork abanico confit - all fine, gourmet culinary creations. A fresh menu is offered at lunchtime, and is renewed weekly. Terrace upstairs.
