Meilleur ouvrier de France 1979, pastry chef at the Ritz in the 1980s, Jean-Marie Osmont works here with his family. In addition to chocolates, the menu includes cakes such as "Bois-Mort" (a hazelnut meringue crisp with chocolate mousse), Mont-Blanc verrines, choco-vanilla mille-feuilles, praline-citrus duos and Paris-Brest. Chocolate bars are another temptation. Pastry classes and home delivery.
