Meilleur ouvrier de France 1979, pastry chef at the Ritz in the 1980s, Jean-Marie Osmont works here with his family. In addition to chocolates, the menu includes cakes such as "Bois-Mort" (a hazelnut meringue crisp with chocolate mousse), Mont-Blanc verrines, choco-vanilla mille-feuilles, praline-citrus duos and Paris-Brest. Chocolate bars are another temptation. Pastry classes and home delivery.

J'adore cette pâtisserie, ils n'ont que de très bon produits, moi qui ne suit pas fan des gâteaux chocolat et fruits, là, rien à dire, trop bon. Pour moi, l'une des meilleurs pâtisserie en IDF.
