This restaurant offers excellent local recipes concocted with precision. Normandy takes pride of place in this classic, high-quality cuisine. House specialties include generous, tasty dishes such as croustillant de Pont-L'Evêque, pommes et andouille à l'ancienne. A small sign of the quality of the cuisine: the bread is homemade and the salmon is smoked on site. The menu features seasonal produce, washed down with a traditional trou normand in the middle of the meal. A great value to discover in the dining room or in the garden.
