Restaurant with a menu that changes with the seasons, home-cooked cuisine and fresh produce. Tasting menu and Sunday brunch.
"L'Osmose is the perfect union between Anaïs, a pastry chef trained in Parisian palaces, and Quentin, a chef, who are opening their first restaurant here. Bright and modern, it's located on a pretty square with a lovely terrace for sunny days. The menu is short and changes with the seasons, all homemade and using fresh produce. There's also a tasting menu featuring a starter, a meat dish, a trou normand (or "pause bucoise"), a fish dish, cheese and dessert. Sunday brunch, on site or to take away.
