Tartifume Farm is a family farm. The herd is made up of dairy cows of Prim'Holstein, Brown-race cows and Vaches breed cows. All products, whole milk, frais-billed fresh cheese, white cheese, topped with olive oil, rice rice, milk semolina, farmer farmer, are made on the farm and sold on the markets of Pessac (Sunday), Talence (Wednesday), Mérignac (Saturday) and Biganos (two Sundays per month). Because at the farm of Tartifume, we are committed to sharing its knowledge, its values, an activity "Discovery of Cow and milk" is organised in partnership with the association Ecosite of Du de Pessac.
