Imagined like a bear's den with its hushed atmosphere and vegetal look, Restaurant l'Ours is the latest work of starred chef Jacky Ribault, already known for his restaurant Qui plume la lune in Paris in the 11th arrondissement where he obtained a star before entrusting the cuisine to his chef Jean-Christophe Rizet. Here he offers creative dishes that are not advertised on the menu where only the price is shown. The flavours are well thought out and each plate is a pleasant surprise, full of sensations for the palate and eyes. The service is really elegant and we also appreciate the design with raw and natural materials. A beautiful gastronomic address that won a star in 2019, the only one in Val-de-Marne. Well deserved!
