A Zen aesthetic is at work in this elegant place, where the augmented seats of cushions propose to live privileged moments. To this end, we choose the Omakase menu: White card is given to the chef, who will concocve us two entries and two dishes in the rules of Japanese culinary art. For a faster meal, but just as carefully, the suggestions of the day are full of possibilities. We retained the carpaccio of salmon with ponzu sauce, egillon aubergines; swordfish in teriyaki sauce, chicken chicken seasoned with light soya. The dessert is a full discovery: The cream burned with green tea, the misu yokan cake with gelified texture, the yaki dora pancake with red bean paste all present rare and truly delicious flavors.
